He/She is responsible for monitoring network equipment and creating tickets, troubleshooting incidents in order to resolve them within the agreed contractual deadlines and commitments to the client. He/She prepares and carries out projects for installing network equipment and optimizing infrastructure.

He/She is responsible for individual and collective personnel management from hiring to the end of the employment contract. He/She handles, via the ticketing system, requests for administrative documents and company complaints (health insurance reimbursements, payroll errors, etc.).

I am tasked with supporting managers and employees in the field, within a scope that will be defined, in order to best advise them, explain and give meaning to the Group's HR decisions and processes while ensuring their operational rollout.

He/She is responsible for ensuring optimal Treasury management, handling the transactions that fall under Treasury proper and in compliance with established deadlines, and ensuring that all financial commitments to third parties are met.

He/She oversees general and analytical accounting for the group's various subsidiaries, takes part in all accounting closing tasks (balance sheet, income statement, tax packages and reporting), and handles intercompany invoicing for the group's various companies.

He/She ensures the monthly accounting closings of the Group's various entities, monitors compliance with the country's accounting standards, and verifies that tax and social security declarations are filed on time and in compliance, He/She is responsible for the analytical allocation of the various expenses.

He/She is responsible for creating the company's visuals and graphic materials as part of communication campaigns or initiatives.

He/She runs employee engagement initiatives and sets up internal challenges. He /She also serves as the link between the country's internal and external communications teams.

He/She oversees the collection, management, animation, and publication of internal communication content for the various channels.

He/She is responsible for ensuring the production, consistency, and distribution of communications across the appropriate channels.

He/She helps promote and develop Intelcia Group's brand image, awareness, and reputation. He /She supports the development of employees.

He/She contributes to promoting Intelcia Group's employer brand to attract talent.

He/She is responsible for leading and contributing to projects that drive positioning in a new market, increase revenue and build customer loyalty. Ensures brand consistency with the company's overall media strategy. He /She is expected to work closely with business development teams and communications teams.

He/She p prepares and runs training sessions in line with the company's needs and its clients' expectations. Ensures employees develop their skills in accordance with the Group's policy.

He/She has the main responsibility of contributing to the development and rollout of the training policy by designing learning programs for management training, with the aim of maintaining and developing the skills of the Group's managers.

He/She prepares and runs training sessions for managers, supervisors and other functions in line with the company's needs. He /She ensures employees develop their skills in accordance with the Group's policy.

He/She analyzes training needs in line with the Group strategy and responds to the needs expressed by internal/external clients. He /She implements and oversees the training actions required for all assigned projects.
