Intelcia Talent Academyis a Graduate Program 24-month permanent contract , designed for young graduates with high potential from the best international programs. The program is focused mainly on understanding the company’s businesses, developing managerial skills, and geographic mobility.

Cross-functional and international experience
A tailored program that allows you to alternate between strategic assignments within support functions and more operational projects. The program is mainly based on 4 six-month assignments across 5 excellence paths (HR & training, Marketing & sales, Finance, IT, CRM), with the opportunity to complete at least 1 international assignment starting in your second year.
Mentoring and personalized support
Throughout your assignments, you will be supported by a member of the Group management team who guides and advises you at every stage of your journey. You will also be guided throughout your journey by the President and the Managing Director.
Learning & Coaching
A training program delivered by industry experts enables you to develop both your business expertise and your management and leadership skills. At the end of this program, you will have the skills needed to move into a management position.
